• Shipping Time (USA): 5–12 business days via USPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on product and location.

• Shipping Time (International): 10–25 business days depending on customs and logistics.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Return Policy

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new hair. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Non-returnable items: Custom wigs, used hair, or opened bundles.

• Refunds: Issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
