1. Are your wigs made of 100% human hair?
Yes! All our wigs are made from 100% high-quality human hair for a natural look and feel. We never use synthetic blends.
2. What is the difference between lace front, glueless, and HD lace wigs?

Lace front: Has lace only at the front for a natural hairline.

Glueless: Doesn’t require glue or adhesive; comes with adjustable bands.

HD lace: Thinner and more transparent lace for a more invisible finish.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 5–12 business days within the U.S. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Can I return my wig?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos if this happens.
5. How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime via our Track Order page using your email or tracking code.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment options through Shopify Payments.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
